Have had lower left back pain for about 2years now 20 yrs old don t hurt all strained it bad once as a kid and once when I was in the Marines(a lot of hiking with heavy packs) , when I did it took my breath away and felt like I pulled a muscle now ever since then there is this constant not That Bad pain that worsens during some positions or after a full day of work, its on the lower left side right above my pants line , its like inside that muscle or something to the left of the spine? and now couple of days ago I noticed a small quarter sized lump on my Right side of back about 5 to 6 inches above my pantsline? Could it have to do with my back pain on lower back? I also have a dime sized lump on right side of my neck on back of neck ( always thinking its a lymph node or something) I am very scared to have a cancer it doesn t run in family for my knowledge but I dip a lot And worry about it. The lump s are just kinda scaring me any help tips or advise would be greatly appreciated thank you
