welcome to Health care magic.
1.There are number of causes which will gives you such symptoms.
2.The possibilities are acute gastroenteritis / renal stones / gallbladder pathologies.
3.uterine / ovarian pathologies do cause similar symptoms.
4.If you are my patient i would start with examination and ultrasound abdomen pelvis done. which will help me to rule out many causes and narrow down diagnosis.
5.Depending on the findings treatment will start. So i recommend get an appointment and see your GP and do needful things.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
