What Causes Lower Back Pain And Burning Sensation In Bladder?

I have constant lower back pain. My bladder burns, it doesn t burn to urinate. Sometimes I have right flank pain. I have difficult voiding, it dribbles, little to no flow. Sometimes it takes ten minutes to start voiding. I sometimes cry because I can t pee. My urine smells funny. Despite two visits to the ER, there is no infection, or blood seen in the urine. Help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello user , i understand your concern . you have not mentioned your age and gender - however if you are a later middle to old aged male then some prostate issue like its overgrowth can be considered in such symptoms - needs to be validated through ultrasonography and rectal examination , ultrasonography of abdomen can also help ruling out other abdominal pathologies as you have pain also - consider visiting a general surgeon for evaluation and management . hop it helps thank you
