What Causes Lower Back Pain And Contraction In The Stomach After An Injury?
I am a 53 year old female I fell about three days ago very hard on my stomach and my head snapped back and my neck is sore with pain in my lower back and severe pain in my lower stomach that feels like my stomach is contracting but i am not pregnant and I feel very nauseated and I am throwing up

Due to muscle spasm after injury, there is back pain. Contraction inside stomach need further evaluation. Get ultrasound whole abdomen done.
