What Causes Lower Back Pain And Cramping?
i think i may be 4 weeks pregnant and i have to urinate alot, feel queasy but never puke, my lower back hurts, i get some cramping almost as if im getting my period. last week my boobs grew up a cupsize, and my nipples were hurting so bad i wouldnt let anyone touch me, and i have these crazy mood swings, also i have been craving some werid food and lately all i want is chicken. is this all in my head?

Having frequency of urination and back pain might be due to urinary tract infection.
Go for routine urine check up and after report go for treatment after consulting your Obst.
Take plenty of water, lime water and juices.
