What Causes Lower Back Pain And Cramps During Pregnancy?
I am 37 weeks pregnant with pain in my lower back with period like cramps. It feels like my period is about to start, I check for bleeding but nothing. After I pee I still feel small leaks but not a gush of water. The pain is not a pattern. In a week I have a doctor appoinment and he will check my cervix. Could this just be Braxton hicks or contractions? Can it wait for amother week or should I go to the ER? This will be the 3rd day of this pain off and on.

it can be signs of abortion. get it checked and take medication as recomanded by doctor. take bed restyou can have an early checkup. complete rest is important.
