What Causes Lower Back Pain And Cramps Post Removal Of Mirena IUD?

I had my mirena removed about two weeks ago after dealing with its crap for over 2 years. Three days ago my lower back began to hurt along with some cramping. I thought it was just the beginning of my period but NOPE. Today I have really bad pain in my lower back. If I move wrong, it brings me to tears! The cramping us still there but it pails in comparison to the pain in my lower back. I ve tried ibuprofen, advil, tylanol, heating pads, ice packs, stretching, laying curtain ways and NOTHING has helped.
