General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com!

I really appreciate your concern. Your symptoms of back pain and delayed period could be because of menopausal changes taking place in your body. So digestive system disturbance is quite normal in premenopausal age. There is no need of colonoscopy. Be realx and enjoy your life.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.

Thank you.

Best Regards.
Dr. Manan
