Hi I m having pain in my lower back on the right when I sit lay or walk it doesn t hurt to the touch. And when I would pee there would be a weird sensation in my clitoral area but now its gone this has been happening for two weeks and I got to the doctors tommro but I m just concerned about the pin and not knowing

you probably have calculus in urinary tract.
You need to do some investigation like ultrasonography as well as urinalysis to rule out the cause.
