What Causes Lower Back Pain And Fatigue?

Thining of arms regularly since last ten years or more . I am 67 now . Fatigue , lower back pain ( mild ) . BP 90/140 ,Alprazolam 0.25mg morning and o.25 x2 evening plus Betaloc 50mg morning ,and evening regularly since last 30 years .
Otherwise hail & hearty . Weight 74 Kg. Height 5 feet 7and a half inches .Kindly suggest .Jovial fun loving ,. Naturalist and various hobby , I enjoy every moment of life .Thanks Satish Jain , INDIA

Well come to HCM
You seems to have nothing in any thing to worry, just keep continue the antihypertensive medicine and try to stop Tab Alprazolam, this is just good for nothing, better have some aerobic exercise and yoga too, keep away from anxiety and depression, every is fine and no need to worry about anything, take a good care, have a nice day.
