I have pain in my left lower back and goes down my leg. I have hurt so until my muscles in both legs are sore. I have develop pain in my right shoulder and I can t hardly raise it above my head. I hurt everyday and it gets worst at night when I lay down. I can t hardly turn in the bed it hurts really bad. My doctor say that it is a pinched nerve. I have had and MRI there was not findings.
u have two issues one is your right shoulder pain and other is ur back pain . looking like both are a result of repetitive trauma . first consult an orthopedician and get an X-ray of ur shoulder and back and medication for ur pain relief . and first and foremost imp is to avoid the factors that causing reparative trauma on our joints
secondly after good pain control consult an physiotherapist were u get some exercise and mobilization for ur shoulder if ur X-ray turns out to be normal. regarding ur back if there are no bony issues . get some precautions how do deal with ur back in daily activities like avoiding too much bending , lifting etc. and start on some back. strentening exercises under guidenece of a physiotherapist
