Based on the history you have shared, you need to have an ultrasound pelvis and a gynecologist review as it can be a sign of pelvic inflammatory disease or infection.
However, with a history of tubal ligation in past, in the mechanical cause of decreased blood flow with pain should be assessed.
Fresh hormonal profile to rule out any hormonal cause and inflammatory markers for any signs of infection should be done as it may need antibiotics in that case.
Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alongwith anti spasmodic like drotavarine can be helpful for symptomatic relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
