What Causes Lower Back Pain And Spotting After Unprotected Intercourse?
Hello, my period is 4 days late and today I ve been having bright red spotting... only when I wipe... I wore a pad just in case, but there s nothing on it everytime I go to the bathroom. Yesterday it was brownish red only when I wiped as well and very little then it went away. Is this my period trying to start or could I be pregnant? I ve had unprotected sex this month... I m also experiencing some cramping in my lower back and stomach as well.

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be pregnancy, even if doubt need to be cleared then it is better to get done the test and best option is ultrasonography, cramping may not be due to pregnancy, hope this information helps, take care.
