Hello,
Get your lower back pain treated, it could be due to compression of the nerve roots, damage to the
intervertebral disc, spinal joint dysfunction, etc.
Pain in the leg may be due to Sciatica. Tingling is a symptom of Perpheral Neuropathy or PAD, Peripheral arterial disease. If diabetic, control your blood glucose to prevent worsening of problems. Get all blood, nerve conduction tests, nerve biopsy & imaging tests done under a
Neurologist.
You will be treated according to the pathology detected. In the meantime, stay away from addictions if any. Take Neurobion forte, once daily for 20 days, to boost your immune & nervous system. Take food rich in
Vitamin B12, E & minerals. It looks more like developing
peripheral neuropathy but if neglected it may complicate to early symptoms of FM or MS.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
