What Causes Lower Back Pain And Vaginal Spotting After Back Surgery?

I have a back injury from 2012. Im having issues with my perid im spotting. I didnt have perid last month at all. And when i hurt my lower back tailbone area i didnt have a perid for 3mons. Its been normal untill now. With it being flared up again can it cause my spotting?

Yes, Any inflammation / illness is liable to cause hormonal imbalance & lead to changes in menstrual cycle.So flare up in spinsl problem can be the cause of your spotting.
