What Causes Lower Back Pain And Vomiting When Having Gallbladder Stones?

I recently (about a week ago) went to the Er due to abdominal pains and found out I had Gallstones. I changed my diet and have been trying to do anything to avoid the pain I was having. Today out of nowhere I started getting really intense pain, have been vomitting a lot and have some pain in my lower back. I am scared this could be a possible infection or something serious related to gallbladder. Considering going to ER just need advise before sitting for hours In er

Hello,

Yes, maybe gallstone obstruction with cholecystitis. Hence, the pain will be severe and may radiate to low back with vomiting. Go to the ER and do a checkup.
