What Causes Lower Back Pain, Constipation And Diarrhea?
I have had kidney pain(no stones) bouts of constipation followed by explosive diarrhea. Also lower pelvic pain. No energy. This has been for 3 weeks Extreme pain in back in kidney area (but think I pulled muscles) this has been for 4 days now. Sharp intermitten pain in upper abdomen right side about where my gallbladder would be (It has been surgically removed)

Could it be a stone in the kidney? They can cause such symptoms but without an examination and ultrasound, it is difficult to tell.
