What Causes Lower Back Pain During 39th Week Of Pregnancy?
I am 39 weeks pregnant,three days ago I started to have pain in my lower back. Today I was at my gp and the doctor give me flucloxacillin because he say was a skin infection. In my lower back now is a big spot and it s swollen very painful can t walk stay or even breath. He say that if it doesn t start to work the medical after 3 days they have to cut it by surgery.

You seem to be having and abcess and when there is an abcess filled with pus, we just have one choice and that is to drain the pus out, I will suggest you not to panic and complete the course of medication.
If pus still stays there then unfortunately it will have to be evacuated from there otherwise it will keep getting worse. It is not a big procedure usually they just give a local anaesthetic and drain the pus out it usually takes 15 minutes and usually isnt accompanied by any pain.
