What Causes Lower Back Pain During Deep Breathing After Gallbladder Removal Surgery?
I had gallbladder removal surgery about a week ago. No pain in any areas except in my lower right back and on my right side when I breath heavily...there is some pain. I am assuming its from the organ removal but its more prevelent in my back on the right side than anywhere else...
Most common cause for back pain after gall bladder surgery is transporting you from the or table when you are only semi-awake
Less common cause is a retained stone in your common duct which could be accompanied by jaundice
Even muscle spasms during the surgery may be cause of post operative complication
As digestion gets affected taking antacids like omeprazole will give relief
Take some muscle relaxant medications in consultation with your doctor and local pain relieving gels like Diclofenac gel can be applied
Use Cold compression in the area which may give some relief
Do meditation as per your age(eg if your age is 45 then 45 minutes of meditation is necessary) as this will relieve stress and improve your pain bearing capacity
Wish You Good Health
