What Causes Lower Back Pain, Headache And Sore Throat?
I traveled via airplane on July 11th from California to NY. Mild sore throat by July 13th, temperature of 99.8. As of today symptoms are temperature 101.8, sore throat, lower back pain, slight headache and cold sweats. I am a stage 4 cancer patient. Not wanting to go to the hospital unless absolutely urgent.

You are having upper respiratory tract infection....
Mostly it will be viral infection ....Headache and muscle pain can occur as constitutional symptom....
You need to taken simple decongestent drug like phenylephrine or benadryl ....
For fever paracetamol tablet will be enough ....
Meanwhile drink more water and steam inhalation done twice daily which will be useful...
Avoid excess spicy foods ...
If symptom still increasing than you might given antibiotic ...
As you are having cancer also it is better to consult nearby doc for examination..
