What Causes Lower Back Pain, Nausea And Tender Breasts?

Hi, so I have been having mild mid to lower back pain i have been having very mild nausea and breasts are sore more extremely at night and hurts to move when I sleep I have also had an increase in appetite. I don t expect me period for about 4 more days. Are these signs I may be pregnant?

History is inconclusive to say that you are pregnant. For confirmation you need to go to laboratory for hCG urine levels.

In some women periods come few days early than last month. So possibility is there, you may get periods early this month.
