What Causes Lower Back Pain, Pelvic Pain And Frequent Urination?
Hi I have low back pain and frequent urgency to to urinate but it is not painful to urinate. Also low pelvic pain. It s been going on for three days but today is beyond ignoring. What do you think it is? I ve had bladder infections before and it isn t like that.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The problems you are having like lower back pain, pain in the pelvis and frequent urination is suggestive of possible stones in the urinary tract with associated urinary tract infection. Kindly get the following investigations done: 1. Ultrasound abdomen to visualize the status of kidneys, ureters and urinary bladder. 2. Urine routine examination. Kindly consult Urologist with the report for appropriate evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
