What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating Down The Leg?
My back lower back has been bothering me a bit today. Just now I stood up and pain shot down my left leg. My left leg is a bit tingly. This is the worst pain I ve ever experienced. On a scale of one to ten my pain is an 8. The pain is more in my leg than in my back.

I suggest you to do an MRI of the lumbar region. it seems like a herniated disc, sciatica and so many reasons. Make an MRI and consult Neurologist. Meantime rest and use ibuprofen to relieve pain.
