What Causes Lower Back Pain, Red Blood In The Stools And Farts?
My husband is 23 and is having bright red blood in his stools and when he farts. Mild to no abdominal pain, but lower back pain. Back pain has been long term ongoing, bloody stool is new. No medical history of similar or any digestive issues. What are the possible causes?

Most likely this is from hemorrhoids but anyone who has blood in his stool needs to have it checked out by a doctor
