What Causes Lower Back Pain, Severe Menstrual Cramps And Headache?

For over 4 years I have been dealing with TMJ, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, IBS, lower back pain with pain in hip and down the legs, severe menstrual cramps, head aches, fatigue, and what I believe to be vulvalynia<sp? though it has never been diagnosed because I never knew it was a real condition and thought it was just something every one had. I mean, it's a really weird place to have pains! Anyway, are these all connected, is there a specialist that can help me and not treat me like I'm crazy, making it up, or like it's just normal. 4 years is too long to put up with anything, especially very painful things, without being taken seriously!!
