What Causes Lower Back Pain With Excessive Burping And Chest Pain?
I have lower back pain, burping a lot. I have chest pain more at night, but has continued through the day today on and off. Very tired and no appetite and when I eat am full after a few mouth fulls. Last night was the worst the chest pain has been and made my breathing sallow. When I went to the toilet during the night it made me out of breath and dizzy. When I got back in bed my heart beat was fast. This has been happening since Saturday and getting worse.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Complaints of burping, chest pain, shallow breathing can be due to indigestion, gastritis and regurgitation. Gastritis can lead to regurgitation which in turn can lead to burning sensation and chest pain. I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment. Other causes of chest pain like especially heart disease needs to be ruled out at first place. Experiencing fast heart beat can occur due to anxiety fear and cardiac ailments. Thus, clinical assessment by a physician is necessary. Few investigations pertaining to heart will also be required to look for any cardiac ailment, in the absence of which disorders of gastrointestinal tract are most probable.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
