I have sharp pain in my lower back right side close to my right kidney, I can t lift my right leg the pain is so sharp. What could it be, I m taking morphine and muscle relaxer what could be the problem ursine test came back ok blood work came back ok
Your flank and back pain can be due to muscle strain or renal calculi. You may need x ray and Ultrasonography. And also check your vit B12 and vit D3 level. If required you may need MRI spine.
Medication like methylcobalamine and analgesic will reduce pain. You can do yoga exercises and focus on spine extension exercises.
You may consult physiotherapist for guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
