What Causes Lower Back Pain?

Lower back hurts- waiting for MRI results to confirm what doc thinks- herniated disk. Last few days however I feel as though I cannot complete a full breath and I have constant burping and as though a lump in my chest. Is this possibly from the herniated disk? Or should I go to another doc to get it checked out? What should I do to get relief?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the MRI findings and the symptoms are nothing to do anything with each other, the symptoms of burping could be due to hyperacidity and you can try "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
