My lower back hurts really bad. I can't bend over and when I sit down I have to push my back forward. I can't even put on my pants. Awhile ago I went to see a chiropractor and he told me my right sacrum is out and I think that's what it is now because I can feel the bump on the right side of my lower back just above my butt more than I can the one on the left.

You should immediately consult a neuro surgeon and ask him for the exact treat . If you have disc herniation than surgery is the treatment. Do not delay as it will delay in the recovery.
