What Causes Lower Backache Along With Abdominal Bloating?

Symptoms started about 3 hours ago after eating. I have been having lower back pain and this was enhanced. I felt that I was becoming bloated, have been belching throughout. The pain seems to be settling more on my right side. Can t get comfortable standing, setting, laying. Any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your clinical history, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor[Gastroenterologist], and to confirm, do one ultrasound.

2) Discuss about the surgical procedure like cholecystectomy if confirmed in the ultrasound scan.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this:

1) Don't skip meals. Try to stick to your usual mealtimes each day.

2) Try to lose weight slowly. If you need to lose weight, go slow. Aim to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week.

3) Try to maintain a healthy weight. Work to achieve a healthy weight by reducing the number of calories you eat and increasing the amount of physical activity you get.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
