What Causes Lower Backache Upon Taking A Deep Breath?

Good morning. I have a history of lower back pain associated with being rear ended four years ago. I have been fine for the last couple of months. For the last two days I have pain in my lower left side. It doesn t feel like normal lower back pain and every now and then when I take a deep breath, it hurts. So, I m not sure if it s my regular aches and pains from lower back issues, or it could be something internal that I m dismissing Thank you in advance for your help

your lower back pain may refer to some causes that need examination and investigations
if you have renal stone or uti it may cause this pain refer to renal problems
also the pain may be due to strain or inflammation of the back muscles then any movement will increase it
also some times the pain refer to the spine or inflammation of lower scaral vertebrae
so i advise you to do ultrasound scan to exclude any renal abnormalities and if it is free you should do mri scan and refer to orthopedic specialist to examine you clinically
dont forget to stop evere excercise as severe excercise may cause muscle inflammation and produce these symptoms
you should also check your mattress to be healthy and flexible when sleeping on because unhealthy mattreses can cause that pain
setting for along time also have arole in this pain and also increased weight or obesity
