What Causes Lower Backache While On An IUD?

Ive had a IUD to treat endometrial hyperplasia with atypia last year and have been starting to get very bad lower back pains but have confirmed the device is still in place. Does the back pain mean that bacteria has moved out of the uterus and is starting to spread and become cancer? never mind i didn t realise this was site that charged i thought wow a service that people need for free perfect oh wait no not free lets get people to pay money, whu give something for free when you can make a profitinstead of helping.. like you doctors don t make enough its okay shows all doctors only there for profit i ll believe you doctors are here not for profit when i get an answer without paying text me at YYYY@YYYY with a free answer please and thank you

Bacteria can't spread and cause cancer. Lower back pain could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease ie simple infection in the area. A course of antibiotics might help. Consult a gyneac for that.
