General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Primolut-N is not known to cause pain. If it was to be due to the pill, the pain could have occurred during last dose of double pills. The cause for your pain could be something different. It may be due to constipation and gases / urine problems or associated problem of uterus or ovaries. Please consult your doctor to ascertain the cause after examining you. Followed by needful treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
