Dear madam i can understand your concern
in my opinion after taking food there will be real side of glucose in to blood which will make your PP level of sugar to increase.
Due to overnight fasting and utilisation of glucose the Fasting blood sugar will be lower
this natural and normal there is nothing to feel bad about this.
