What Causes Lower Left Abdominal/pelvic Pain And Bleeding While Having Diabetes?

I am a 39 yr old female, type I diabetic. I have been experiencing severe lower left abdomenal/pelvic pain and bleeding since June 3. I had an uterus eblasion on May 10. I have been tested for a bladder infection, ovary cyst and kidney stone, but all the tests have shown nothing. Also, I had the essure procedure done approximately 5 to 6 years ago. My current ob/gyn referred me to my family doctor and my family doctor can t seem to figure out what is going on. What direction should I take for help?

I would like to know more history;
What is the frequency of urination;
Is the patient having diarrhoea;
In patient with type 1 Diabetes the commonest complication could be pelvic inflammatory disease; or any a sending infection from urinary tract leading to Infection of kidneys.
Lastly check the sugars to rule out ketosis also.
My feedback would be;
Please meet ur doctor and check for urinary tract infection; or do a ultrasound abdomen to rule out renal disorder; bladder inflammation.
