HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptom are typically suggestive of stone condition of urinary tract and to confirm this imaging studies are must and that includes the ultrasonography and plain x-ray of kidney, ureter, and bladder, another useful test is complete urine test, till then you can try Di- sodium hydrogen citrate liquid and it need to be taken with plenty of water, for the pain Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried as per needed, hope this information helps.
