What Causes Lower Pelvic Muscle Contractions After An Endometrial Ablation?
I get contraction like pains in my stomach a couple of times a month. I am not pregnant, and do not get my period any more due to an ablation. The pain starts out small, and then builds up to a full contraction. At that point, I have no relief no matter which way I lay, move, etc. I have had a child, so I know it is exactly like a contraction.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists you can consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
