What Causes Lower Right Abdominal Pain When Diagnosed With IBS?
I have been diagnosed with IBS. I also have to have polyps removed from my colon 1-2 times per year. Today I an having pain in my right lower abdomen. I went to the bathroom and my stool was very mucousy and there was something that looked like body tissue. Also there was a very thin braided brown piece about 2-3 inches long. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, IBS is more or less is functional disease, it is directly related with stress, it is better to come out of this condition, some time it could be associate with protozoa infection, and it can be given try with Tab Metronidazole 40 mg twice in day for five days along with this Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide can be tried, hope this information helps.
