Hi,

Because the pain is in the right side and it is worsening during the day and because you have to walk bent because of the pain, it might be good to have a visit with your doctor and rule out appendicitis. If you have removed appendicitis previously you may try to take:
- Ibuprofen
- Buscopan

If there is no improvement with this you will need to see a doctor to have a thorough examination and determine the cause of your pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
