What Causes Lower Right Quadrant Pain Long After Hysterectomy And A C-section?

I have have this lower right quard pain on and off for a few years now and it s more often. Having pressure not too. I ve had c-section, hyst. But still have my ovaries. I almost can feel something too when I push on my lower pelvis. 54 yrs old .My concern is either bowel issue or ovarian cancer

First thing you should do is get a scan done as you are 54 years to rule out ovarian cause.
Bowel problem can be a cause but ovarian malignancy should be ruled out first.
