What Causes Lower Right Stomach Pain Along With Brownish Vaginal Discharge?
Hello. My period was last Friday. I have been having lower right stomach pain, as if somone is taking something inside my skin, and twisting it. Today I noticed a thick red/Brown discharge (the kind I get when my period is starting or I ve worn tampons the whole time) so I don t know if the 2 are related or if I should be concerned.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain during menses could due to dysmenorrhea and this is very common one and no need to worry about this because this would come around even without the medicines, just have rest for some time, hope this information helps, take care.
