What Causes Lower Stomach Pain, Back Pain And White Discharge?

hi i am ema . 28 years old and single. few days back a doctor said i have urine infarction so i took medicine and rest i am better now but since i got the urine infection i have lower stomach pain. pain like women normally have in period time and white secretion. last two days a dull pain is always there and have some back pain with it. may you please answer me why it is happening? i am very tensed about.

Hi I think you should go for a ultrasound to see if any other problem is there because sometimes ureteric stones can cause back pain and recurrent urine infections.
