What Causes Lump Above The Wrist Along With Shooting Pain?

I have a lump on my right hand just above my wrist it makes my hand shake all the time and is a constant dull ache that has shooting pains, I ve had it for almost 2 weeks now and I ve been eating plenty of fruit and veg and drinking plenty of water, how do I go about getting rid of this as it is interfering with my daily things.

A lump above wrist with shooting pain must be a boil. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice tab augmentum 625 twice a day, sporlac sachets twice a day, tab bruffen with peracetamol three times a day, neosporin ointment for local.
