What Causes Lump At The Middle Diaphragm In A Child?

Hi Doctor, My 2 week old doctor has a peanut size hard lump at the middle diaphragm point on her front side of her body. This means where chest rib cage ends and abdomen starts. Can you kindly explain what is this and the treatment required. Thanks & Regards, Labin.
