What Causes Lump Behind The Testicle?

I have some sort of bump or lump right under my testicles and earlier I woke up and it was bleeding. it stopper bleeding and I took a shower, I m so very emberassed to tell my mother and father because our relationship is not the greatest and I m a 16 y,o male. I just want to know what I could do to help it and what exactly it is. The blood is bright red.

It can be
a.     Folliculitis – infection of hair follicles
b.     Infected cyst – fluid filled cavity
Advice
1.     Clean it with betadine every 6 hours
2.     Amoxicillin 500 mg every 8 hours for 5 days
3.     Ibuprofen 600 mg after meal if you feel intolerable pain
4.     Do not squeeze it
5.     Keep groin area keep and dry
6.     Trim your pubic hairs
7.     Consult a surgeon for follow up management
