Well, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of upper chest lump, I would come up with three possibilities, these include:
1. normal bony prominence which is common in this region!
2. Some benign bony / cartilaginous
tumor like
exostosis or chondroma; there is nothing to worry about these!
3. The last possibility is of some forgotten ligament tear of hematoma; not to worry about these also; hard sebaceous
cyst or some other cysts also another possibility! Nothing to worry about these also!
If you are still not convinced, I suggest you to go for an FNAC and
ultrasound of the lump for confirmation and to relieve your concerns!
