What Causes Lump Feeling Throat With Swallowing Difficulty?

I am curious to know what causes, a problem when I swallow, it feels like I have lump in a a back of my throat, I am using the breath right strips at night along wit a baby humidifier, and now a dr. from a clinic put me on a rinse for a couple of days but it still has not let up?

I understand your concern.
It seems you have enlarged tonsils/ adenoids in throat due to their inflammation/ infection.
You should consult an ENT specialist .. he wll prescribe you suitable antibiotic/ anti inflammatory drug.
- Avoid eating cold, sour food
- Gargles with hot water & a pinch of common salt would help.
