What Causes Lump In Breast, Hair Loss And Dizziness Post Complete Hysterectomy?
I had a full historectomy 2 months ago and I am hormone tablets but everyday in the evening I feel extremely dizzy and sometimes sick. I started losing alot of hair. And I think I found a lump in my left breast which hurts. But I am scared to ask the doctors for help as when I told them when I had cancer in my family they didn t do anything about it. Since then I had 3 major operations what shall I do
The hair loss, dizziness and lump in breast do indicate loss of ovarian hormones in terms of estrogen and estradiol most likely. This usually happens in the conditions when both of the ovaries are removed as part of procedure of Pan Hysterectomy due to underlying pathological process of the pelvis. However, a detailed analysis of the current hormone status by lab reports are mandatory to evaluate the root cause and manage accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
