What Causes Lump In The Pubic Area?

I noticed a lump in my groin area and just thought it might be a knot in my muscle. But a few days later I noticed it gets more sore tothe point of uncomfortable pain. It got larger, still feeling like a solid tumor like thing. The following day it was no longer completely solid but blister like. It started oozing blood about 12 hours later. No puss. Just blood. What is it

It might be an infectious gland that has spread outside the skin. You need to see your doctor closely to see exactly what it is and to start a treatment. Also, an ultrasound might be needed. However, follow your doctor recommendations.
