What Causes Lump Like Feeling Inside The Throat?
Hey my throat feels kinda like there s a lump in it bur I m breathing fine. I ve been having somewhat constant small burps that need to be forced up. Overall my throat and like the adam s apple area feel really weird. I smoked some weed last night and have been feeling like that ever since. Is it all in my head?

You are feeling a lump in your throat area. It can be an infection as well in posterior pharynx. So your posterior pharynx needs to be examined and then accordingly further management plan decided.
For congestion meanwhile, a decongestant can be prescribed. Salt water gargle done with warm water three times a day beneficial in such a case. You should consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination.
